REGIONAL RISK MANAGERS

The Regional Risk Manager (RRM) Team plays the central role in delivering Statewide Mutual’s Risk Management Programme. The RRM to client ratio, proximity of RRMs to clients by locating them in the regions, and the complimentary skills of team members are all integral to the success of the programme. Statewide Mutual currently employs six Regional Risk Managers and a Senior Regional Risk Manager, distributed across NSW.

Each Member is allocated a dedicated RRM offering assistance at an individual Council level through training, onsite assistance, guidance, mentoring and on-call advice for Council staff members involved in the management of risk. RRMs can provide assistance in person or remotely.

The RRM also operates at a regional level, facilitating Regional Risk Group Meetings and information sharing between Councils. Regional meetings provide opportunities for training, networking and access to other JLT staff members, providing additional expert advice and assistance throughout the year.
